SWFL Signatures provides scheduled mobile notary services throughout Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida communities, including Gateway, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Miromar Lakes, Cypress Lake, South Fort Myers, and Babcock Ranch. Appointments are available at residences, offices, healthcare facilities, dealerships, and other approved locations.

All services are provided by appointment and advance scheduling. Select your service through our online scheduling system to view availability and reserve your appointment. Certain services may require additional information or preparation before the appointment can be confirmed.

All signers must be present and provide a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Documents should be completed before the appointment but left unsigned until directed by the notary. Any required witnesses must be arranged by the client. SWFL Signatures does not provide witnesses.

Yes. SWFL Signatures provides Remote Online Notarization for eligible documents and signers through a secure online notarization platform. RON appointments require identity verification, a compatible device, internet access, and completion of applicable platform requirements.

We provide professional notarization and signing support for a variety of documents, including estate planning documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, deeds, family law documents, loan documents, real estate documents, business documents, and other eligible documents.

We do not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or determine which documents are appropriate for your specific situation.

Pricing depends on the service requested and may include notarial fees, mobile travel charges, specialty-service fees, statutory fees, and applicable third-party or platform charges. Applicable fees are communicated during the scheduling or appointment process.

Electronic payments are processed through Stripe or Square. We also accept cash and business checks for eligible onsite balances. Accepted electronic payment methods are represented in our payment information displayed on the website.

Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the applicable travel retainer, technology fee, or other service fee becoming non-refundable, depending on the service booked.
