All services are conducted strictly by appointment only and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance through our online scheduling system. To ensure accuracy and immediate confirmation, we do not accept manual bookings over the phone or email.

All signers must be physically present and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport). Documents must be fully completed with no blank spaces, but left unsigned until directed by the notary.

Yes. We facilitate fully compliant Remote Online Notarizations for signers across Florida or out of state using a secure, state-approved digital platform.

We specialize in loan closings, real estate deeds, estate planning (Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts), legal affidavits, family law forms, and Level 2 Live Scan fingerprinting.

Pricing is transparently calculated based on the notarization type, document count, and mobile dispatch distance. All applicable fees are provided upfront before you confirm your appointment.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and cash. Invoice billing and corporate checks are available for approved commercial accounts. 

We understand plans change. Appointments may be rescheduled once to a new date with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the travel or technology fee.
