By accessing this website or scheduling or using services provided by SWFL Signatures LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

SWFL Signatures LLC provides professional notary, signing, document support, and related services, including:

• Mobile Notary Services: In-person notarization at scheduled client locations.
• Remote Online Notarization (RON): Remote notarization for eligible documents and signers through an applicable online notarization platform.
• Loan Signing Services: Professional signing support for real estate and loan documents.
• Estate Planning Document Notarization: Notarization and signing support for eligible estate planning documents.
• Apostille & Authentication Services: Assistance with eligible documents requiring apostille or authentication processing.
• Florida VIN Verification: Mobile VIN and odometer verification services using applicable Florida forms and requirements.
• Live Scan Fingerprinting: Electronic fingerprint capture and submission through applicable authorized channels.
• Other Specialty Services: Additional services may be offered as described on our website or during the scheduling process.

Service availability, requirements, and fees vary by service.

SWFL Signatures LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or update service offerings and pricing from time to time.

SWFL Signatures LLC and its representatives are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

We do not draft legal documents, select legal forms for clients, interpret legal documents, determine legal rights or obligations, or advise clients regarding the legal effect or consequences of a document.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their documents are properly prepared and appropriate for their individual circumstances. For legal advice or document-specific questions, please consult a qualified attorney or the professional who prepared your documents.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing valid, unexpired government-issued identification when required.
• Providing complete and accurate information necessary for the requested service.
• Providing documents that are prepared and ready for notarization or signing.
• Following applicable service and appointment requirements.
• Arranging any required witnesses. SWFL Signatures LLC does not provide witnesses.
• Providing accurate agency information, including an ORI number when required for Live Scan services.
• Ensuring that the signer or applicant is available and prepared at the scheduled appointment time.

Documents should generally remain unsigned until directed by the notary when notarization requires the signer to sign in the notary's presence.

SWFL Signatures LLC may decline or discontinue a notarial or other service when permitted or required by applicable law or professional standards.

Examples may include situations involving:

• Inability to satisfactorily establish identity.
• Missing or unacceptable identification.
• Incomplete or unsuitable documents.
• Required witnesses or other appointment requirements not being satisfied.
• Apparent coercion or circumstances that raise concerns regarding the voluntary nature of the act.
• A request that would be unlawful or outside the scope of the service requested.
• Failure to satisfy applicable service, platform, or agency requirements.

Where applicable, fees may remain due according to the cancellation and service policies associated with the appointment.

Clients are responsible for providing the correct information required for their fingerprint submission, including the applicable Originating Agency Identifier (ORI) when required.

SWFL Signatures LLC does not determine background-screening results, licensing eligibility, employment eligibility, or other determinations made by an authorized agency or governmental authority.

Applicable agency, state, federal, rolling, technology, and other third-party fees may vary.

Once fingerprint capture or applicable processing has begun, fees associated with completed processing or third-party charges may be non-refundable as described during booking.

RON services are available only when the requested notarization and signer meet applicable requirements.

Clients may be required to complete identity verification, credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication, electronic signing, and other platform requirements before the notarial act can be completed.

RON services depend on internet connectivity, compatible devices, identity-verification systems, and third-party technology. SWFL Signatures LLC is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Any electronic records, journals, recordings, or other information associated with a RON transaction will be handled and retained as required by applicable law and the policies of the applicable technology platform.

A travel retainer is secured online before applicable mobile appointments. The remaining balance, when applicable, may be settled at the conclusion of the appointment.

Electronic payments are processed through Stripe or Square. Cash and business checks are also accepted for eligible onsite balances.

Service fees may include notarial fees, mobile travel charges, specialty-service fees, statutory fees, third-party charges, or platform fees, depending on the service.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by service. Unless a service-specific policy states otherwise, appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the applicable travel retainer, technology fee, or other service fee becoming non-refundable.

Service-specific terms presented during booking or confirmation may apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

SWFL Signatures LLC provides assistance with eligible apostille and authentication requests but does not control the processing decisions, processing times, document requirements, or acceptance decisions of governmental authorities or foreign recipients.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate documents and information and for confirming that their documents satisfy the requirements of the intended recipient or jurisdiction.

Government, agency, certification, shipping, and other third-party fees may apply.

Florida VIN verification services are performed using the applicable Florida documentation and within the scope of the service provided.

Completion of a VIN verification does not guarantee title issuance, registration, ownership approval, exemption status, or acceptance by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles or another governmental authority.

Final determinations regarding title, registration, and related motor vehicle matters are made by the applicable governmental authority.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, logos, written materials, graphics, and other original content provided by SWFL Signatures LLC are owned by or licensed to SWFL Signatures LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of website content is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law.

Our website may contain links, scheduling tools, payment systems, electronic notarization platforms, or other services operated by third parties.

SWFL Signatures LLC is not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or technical performance of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's separate terms and privacy policies.

SWFL Signatures LLC will provide services within the scope of the service requested and applicable requirements.

We are not responsible for decisions, delays, denials, processing times, or outcomes controlled by governmental agencies, courts, licensing authorities, employers, financial institutions, title companies, foreign authorities, third-party platforms, or other independent entities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Florida law, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts with appropriate authority under applicable law.

SWFL Signatures LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, technology, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
