Basic Notary, Service and Location Fees

• Booking & Travel Fee: To secure your mobile appointment slot, a $65 non-refundable travel fee is collected upfront at booking. State notary fees are calculated and charged separately per stamp/signature during your appointment.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund of the travel fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "No-Shows," will completely forfeit the travel fee.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time to transfer your travel fee to a new slot (maximum of 1 transfer).

• Compliance & ID Forfeiture: All signers must present a valid, unexpired government photo ID and have all necessary documents printed upon the notary's arrival. Failure to provide valid identification or required paperwork at the time of the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and the travel fee will be forfeited.

• Physical Presence: Everyone must be physically present at the time of the appointment—no exceptions.

• Valid ID: Every signer and witness must produce a current, non-expired, government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).

• Signer Awareness: All signers must be alert, fully aware of what they are signing, and acting completely of their own free will without coercion.

• Ready in Hand: Physical documents must be completely ready in hand.

• Do Not Pre-Sign: Do not sign your documents prior to the notary's arrival—they must be executed in our physical presence.

• No Blanks: All document text fields must be entirely complete with no blank spaces or white-outs.

• Language: Documents must be drafted in the English language only.

• Upfront Collection: To reserve your mobile appointment slot, a $65 flat-rate travel fee is collected upfront at the time of booking. This fee secures your dedicated time window and routing slot.

• Arrived or En Route: Once our notary or biometric specialist has begun traveling or has arrived at your location, this $65 fee (plus any applicable surcharges like tolls or parking) is entirely non-refundable.

• Uncompleted Signings: The upfront fee is forfeited even if the appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missing, expired, or invalid government-issued photo IDs.
• Required independent witnesses not being physically present.
• Incomplete, unprinted, or missing documents.
• Signer refusal, lack of mental awareness, or last-minute document errors.

• Late Grace Period: Notary will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the designated location. Beyond 15 minutes, the appointment is marked as a "No-Show" and the upfront travel fee is forfeited.

• Upfront Booking Fee: A $25.00 non-refundable base session fee is collected upfront at the time of booking to reserve your virtual signing slot. This base fee includes the initial digital online notary stamp and secure platform hosting.

• Post-Session Invoicing: Any additional digital stamps/signatures ($10.00 each), online witness fees ($10.00 each, if provided by the platform), or standard session hosting fees are calculated based on your final document package and will be invoiced immediately following the session. All post-session balances must be paid to release the finalized digital documents.

• Technical & ID Compliance: It is the signer's sole responsibility to ensure they have a working camera, microphone, high-speed internet, and a valid U.S. photo ID to pass the mandatory digital identity check (KBA).

• Failed Sessions: If a session cannot be completed due to signer technical failure, missing/invalid identification, or failure to pass the security identity check, the upfront $25.00 base session fee is forfeited to cover platform and notary reservation costs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your virtual session up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund of the base fee, or to transfer your $25.00 deposit to a new date (maximum of 1 transfer).

• Under 24 Hours Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations, reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failing to log into the video room within 10 minutes of your start time will result in a complete forfeiture of the $25.00 base session fee.

• Instant Submission: Digital fingerprints are transmitted securely and electronically to the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) or FBI immediately upon completion of the scan.

• All Sales Are Final: Once a biometric scan has been submitted to the state or federal agency, the government processing fee is locked and cannot be recalled, altered, or canceled. Therefore, all Live Scan sales and submission fees are strictly final and non-refundable.

• ORI Number Accuracy: It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to provide the correct ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) code. We are not liable for prints rejected or misrouted due to an incorrect ORI code provided during booking or at the appointment.

• 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund of the upfront fee, or to transfer your $65 travel fee to a new date (maximum of 1 transfer).

• Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice completely forfeit the upfront $65 travel fee.

A $100 fee is due if the notary travels to the appointment location and the signing fails to close because the borrower:

• Refuses to sign the documents.
• Cancels the appointment at the table.
