The State of Florida sets a statutory limit of $10 per act for basic notarizations.

Confirming that a signer appeared, was identified, and signed willingly.
Verifying that a copy is a true and correct reproduction of an original. (Note: Cannot be used for government-issued public records.)
Overseeing the inventory and providing the official Certificate of Opening.
Acting as the official officiant for your wedding ceremony.
The travel, wait, and specialized facility fees listed below are for coordination and convenience. They are separate from, and in addition to, the state-regulated fees for individual notarial acts.

Total costs are calculated based on your specific ORI number. Your final quote includes the FDLE background check fee, our office processing fee, travel fee and applicable state tax. Once you provide your ORI number, we can confirm your exact total.
Important Refund Policy
Please double-check all information before your appointment. Once a scan is submitted to the FDLE, it is processed immediately and cannot be altered. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the submission is complete.
💡 Reminder: When you book your appointment online, you will be prompted to pay your $35 deposit via our secure portal. The remaining balance for your travel and notarizations will be settled at the time of your appointment using any of the methods below.

To reserve your mobile notary appointment, a $35 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in a failed appointment fee.
Once travel has begun or we have arrived at the location, the full travel fee and applicable surcharges (tolls, parking, etc.) are due and payable, even if the notarization cannot be completed due to:
