— Scheduling Policies —

• Travel & Attendance Fee ($100): Applied if our signing agent arrives on-site and the signing is unable to proceed due to client or document unreadiness.

• Notice of Cancellation ($75): Applies to scheduled appointments canceled with 24 hours or less notice.

Retainers & Travel Fees

• Upfront Travel Retainer: A non-refundable $75.00 travel retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your dedicated appointment slot and routing schedule.
• Statutory Notary Fees: Florida state notarization fees are calculated and collected separately per stamp/signature during your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice Period (24+ Hours): Cancellations or reschedule requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the travel retainer, or a one-time transfer to a new date and time.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or client non-attendance, result in full forfeiture of the upfront travel fee.

En Route & On-Site Policy

Once a specialist has commenced travel or arrived on location, the $75.00 travel retainer (along with any applicable parking or toll surcharges) is strictly non-refundable and forfeited in full if notarization cannot proceed due to:

• Expired, missing, or invalid government-issued photo identification.
• Absent or required independent witnesses.
• Unprinted, incomplete, missing, or altered documents.
• Signer refusal, incapacity, or lack of mental awareness.

Punctuality & Grace Period

Our specialists adhere to a strict routing schedule. Notaries will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the designated appointment site. Beyond 15 minutes, the appointment will be logged as a No-Show, and the travel retainer will be forfeited.
